As a Project Manager at Pegasus Restoration, you’ll generate your own leads, sell restoration and remodeling projects, and manage the customer relationship from first contact through project completion. This role is ideal for motivated individuals comfortable with door knocking, relationship building, and promoting themselves on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door knocking and personal marketing
- Educate homeowners and perform property inspections (training provided)
- Create estimates, present proposals, and close sales
- Manage clients from contract to project completion
- Follow up with prospects, clients, and referrals
- Maintain professional communication and accurate records
What We’re Looking For
self-motivated, coachable individuals with strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn and door knock. No experience required.
